Waters Corporation is seeking a Field Customer Support Specialist to cover Cardiff and surrounding areas. You will support customers across diverse lab-based scientific sectors, performing installation, qualification, calibration, maintenance and repair of Waters systems.
You’ll analyze data to diagnose issues, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and manage customer expectations to deliver effective solutions.

As a Field Customer Support Specialist, ideally positioned close to Cardiff and/or the M4 Corridor, you will support customers across a wide variety of lab-based scientific business sectors, meaning your role is very diverse and interesting; no two days are the same.
