Waters Corporation is seeking a Field Customer Support Specialist to operate primarily in the Cardiff and M4 Corridor area, supporting a diverse range of lab-based scientific customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, diagnosing issues, coordinating with global teams, and delivering excellent service across Waters’ product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Laboratory, analytical, chemistry, or engineering background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, qualify, calibrate, maintain and repair Waters systems.
• Analyse data to identify problems and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with matrix teams to expedite repairs and satisfy customers.
• Manage customer expectations and provide follow-up plans.
• Build trusted advisor relationships to advise on Waters products and services.
