Demob Job Ltd advertises a Field Service Engineer role covering the South of England. You will service and repair critical power protection equipment, diagnose faults, read electrical diagrams, and complete detailed service reports. Travel across the UK with occasional overnight stays is required.

The role demands Level 3 engineering qualifications, fault-finding experience, and a willingness to undergo specialist training and participate in a callout rota. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Competenze

• Recognised Level 3 qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Experience fault finding, maintenance and repairs on electrical/electronic equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Experience using electrical test equipment.
• Good IT skills and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to undertake specialist training and travel UK.

Mansioni

• Carry out planned servicing, maintenance and repairs on specialist power protection equipment.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical and electronic faults.
• Attend customer sites to investigate faults and carry out repairs.
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of work carried out.
• Work independently with technical support from the engineering team.
• Participate in the callout rota following training.
