Demob Job Ltd's client is seeking a Field Service Engineer to cover the South of England. You will carry out servicing, maintenance, fault finding and repairs on specialist power protection equipment, reading electrical diagrams and reporting on site.

Applicants should hold a Level 3 Electrical or Electronic Engineering qualification, be willing to travel across the UK (with some overnight stays), and be able to work 37.5 hours per week with a 15% shift allowance and on-call rota.

Formación

• Hold a recognised Level 3 qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering as a minimum.
• Practical experience working with electrical and electronic equipment, including fault finding, maintenance and repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Experience using electrical and electronic test equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out planned servicing, maintenance and repairs on specialist power protection equipment.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical and electronic faults.
• Attend customer sites to investigate faults and carry out repairs.
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of work carried out.
• Work independently with technical support available from the wider engineering team.
• Participate in the callout rota following completion of training.
