Job summary

Cleenol Group is seeking a hands-on Field Service Engineer to join our technical team. You will install, service, maintain and train customers on our Automatic Dosing System (ADS) equipment across a range of sites.

This field-based role covers North England and Scotland; you will work independently, solving technical problems and building strong customer relationships. Competitive salary dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good organisational and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Installation & maintenance of concentrate dispensers and ancillary dispensing equipment.
• Service and maintain all ADS equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs as required.
• Train customers on the correct use and operation of dispensing systems and products.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Complete service reports and paperwork in a timely manner.
• Ensure vehicle stock, tools, equipment and spare parts are maintained and replenished.
• Manage workloads effectively and communicate updates as required.
