Job summary

Nilfisk is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, demonstrate, and train on industrial cleaning equipment at client sites across the West of Scotland. The role includes repairs within SLAs, follow-up calls to upsell parts, and performing PATs and planned maintenance.

You will work on customer sites Monday to Friday, with full equipment provided: van, mobile phone, iPad, uniform, and training. A strong understanding of cleaning equipment and good customer service will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair various machines.
• Excellent communication with clients and coworkers.
• Analytical mindset to diagnose issues and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Follow workplace procedures and repair/maintain cleaning equipment at client sites.
• Capture accurate client data and update jobs in real-time.
• Provide detailed reports after each site visit.
• Order parts via central database and manage van stock.
• Maintain the company vehicle in excellent condition.
