We are looking for a new colleague to join our team and help us look after our estate of photobooths, photo printing machines, and key cutting machines. Full training and a company vehicle will be provided.

Field Service Engineer - Full Time

45 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days

Salary: £28,782 per annum + bonus scheme

Location: Stoke-on-Trent, UK

We are seeking a candidate based within approximately 10 miles of Stoke-on-Trent, with the ability to travel around the surrounding areas to service machines.

We pride ourselves on delighting our customers and colleagues. The role involves multitasking and using your initiative to ensure all photobooths, photo printing kiosks, and key machines are operational and well-maintained, turning first-time customers into lifelong clients.

You will work 45 hours per week, five days out of seven. The starting salary is £28,782 annually. Post-probation, you will be eligible for an uncapped monthly bonus, typically around £400.

Key Responsibilities

• Replenish and restock machines
• Carry out preventative service visits within a designated territory
• Complete site surveys for new machine installations
• Clean machines to ensure they are in excellent condition for customers
• Perform cash removals and deposits
• Conduct repairs as part of ongoing maintenance
• Manage stock both on-site and in your vehicle
• Support or cover for colleagues in other territories during holidays
• Build positive relationships with concession partners' staff
• Be kind and helpful to colleagues and customers
• Maintain a smart appearance, wear the correct uniform and name badge, and ensure machines are left in better condition than found
