Culligan UK Limited is seeking a Field Service Engineer to maintain water treatment systems and provide top-tier on-site service to customers in Lewisham, England. You will install, repair, and troubleshoot equipment, oversee service schedules, and keep precise records while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred, with hands-on field service exposure.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills required.
• Valid driving licence with minimal points (≤6).
• Able to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.
• Install and troubleshoot equipment at client sites.
• Manage service schedules to minimize downtime for customers.
• Keep detailed records of service visits and issues and suggestions.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and deliver outstanding service.
• Weekly visits to service centre to replenish parts and supplies.

Hours of Work: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Core Role & Responsibilities:

• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.
• Handle the installation and troubleshooting of equipment directly at clients' locations.
• Efficiently oversee service schedules to reduce downtime for our customers.
• Keep precise records of service visits and communicate any issues or suggestions.
• Engage with customers to grasp their needs and deliver outstanding customer service
• Weekly visits to the designated Service Centre to replenish parts and supplies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred, but full training will be provided.
• A full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Strong DIY skills and experience using power tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Monday - Friday working pattern
