NCR Atleos, headquartered in Atlanta, is a leader in expanding financial access. We are hiring a Field Service Engineer in the Central Yorkshire area to diagnose faults, repair ATM modules on-site, and install/maintain equipment across the territory.

The role covers travel within Central Yorkshire, with 42.5 hours per week and weekend work on rota. Salary is £31,000 - £33,000 depending on experience, and a company vehicle with fuel card is provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license is required.
• Strong local geographical knowledge is preferred.
• Experience in break/fix, IT and mechanical repair.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and repair or replace ATM modules on-site.
• Install, maintain, and repair equipment within an assigned territory/region.
• Take ownership of customer issues or incidents, ensuring satisfaction and SLA compliance.
• Carry out work with adherence to Health & Safety Policy.
• May involve prolonged travel, lifting and carrying toolkit/parts, bending and standing for extended periods.

Main Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and perform repair or replacement of ATM modules on-site
• Install, maintain, and repair equipment within an assigned territory/region
• Take ownership of customer issues or incidents, ensuring satisfaction and compliance with Service Level Agreements
• Carry out work with adherence to the Health & Safety Policy
• Role may involve prolonged travel, lifting and carrying toolkits/parts of varying weights, and bending, squatting, walking, standing, or sitting for extended periods
• Full training and equipment provided. Company vehicle available for personal use (fuel card included; BIK and mileage usage fee per mile apply)

Key Qualifications
