Aspion Search is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join a global manufacturing partner in Huddersfield. This on-site role involves servicing, revalidation, and testing at client sites across the UK; travel will be required.

Ideal candidates have mechanical or electrical qualifications, with fault-finding and calibration skills, plus strong communication. Competitive salary with overtime and benefits available.

Responsibilities

• Carry out on-site servicing, revalidation, and testing of engineered systems.
• Electrical fault finding and basic mechanical diagnostics.
• Airflow testing using calibrated equipment.
• Filter integrity testing and particle testing.
• Calibration of pressure and velocity instruments.
• Completing service reports and technical documentation.
• Maintaining test equipment and company van to required standards.
• Representing the business professionally on customer sites.
• Identifying and feeding back service, spares, or upgrade opportunities.

Requirements of the Field Service Engineer

• Comfortable with travel and staying away when required
• Full UK driving licence
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong communication and customer facing skills
