Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer, Service Engineer or Maintenance Engineer
Strong electrical and/or mechanical engineering background
Engineering qualification (minimum Level 3 or equivalent)
Full UK Driving Licence
Must live within a 40-mile radius of Reading
Willingness to travel across the South of England
Experience servicing, maintaining and repairing industrial or manufacturing equipment
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills on electrical and mechanical systems
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Good understanding of health and safety procedures
Flexible approach to travel and occasional overtime
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics or automated machinery
PLC fault-finding experience
Installation and commissioning experience
Previous experience working within manufacturing, industrial, packaging or material handling environments
£51,000 basic salary
Door-to-door overtime with realistic earnings of £55,000+
Company van with personal use
Monday-Friday days role
Ongoing technical training and development
