About the role

This role involves servicing existing customer machines and maintaining customer relationships. You contribute to the company's success by passing on business development opportunities to the Sales Team.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain excellent customer relations
• Provide field support for sales and end users
• Offer on-site technical support and installation of products
• Maintain service/support profitability
• Service and maintain copiers and office products
• Perform electro-mechanical fault-finding and maintenance
• Resolve electric, electronic, and IT-based problems
• Handle customer complaints and report to the NI Service Manager
• Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and standards
• Follow health & safety, HR, and company procedures, maintaining company assets
• Carry out additional projects and duties as assigned
• Pass on business development opportunities to the Sales Team
