Job summary

Coalesce Recruitment Limited is seeking Field Service Engineers for an industry-leading OEM. The role covers Berkshire, Wiltshire and Hampshire, with a home base and extensive travel to customer sites.

You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on electro‑mechanical equipment, supported by ongoing training and a strong performance culture.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Gas Safe qualifications are required.
• Experience in maintenance engineering or field service on electro‑mechanical equipment.
• Experience with pumps, motors, inverters, compressors, PLCs, HMI/SCADA.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on customer sites throughout Berkshire, Wiltshire and Hampshire.
• Fault diagnosis and repairs on electro-mechanical systems.
• Travel from home base to customer sites and stay as required.

Field Service Engineers – Industry leading OEM – Berkshire / Wiltshire / Hampshire – Salary: £34,500 - £47,500 + Expenses + overtime = OTE = £45k -£55k ++ company van, tablet, mobile phone, 24 days holiday rising with service + bank, company pension scheme, life assurance and full workwear and ongoing training.

As Field Service Engineer you will be based from home and carry out planned preventative maintenance, service and fault diagnosis and repairs on customer sites throughout Berkshire, Wiltshire and Hampshire and the surrounding region when required.

You will be qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent within Electrical Engineering; be multi-skilled with previous experience within a maintenance engineering or field service role, working on electro-mechanical equipment, machinery or systems including experience or knowledge of pumps, motors, inverters, compressors, power supplies, instrumentation, HMI’s / SCADA, PLC’s.

Individuals with a Royal Navy background who can demonstrate experience of working on a variety of electro-mechanical based plant considered.
