Job summary

Blueberry Resourcing is seeking a Field Service Crane Engineer to join our Bedford team. You’ll service, maintain and repair mobile tower cranes and other heavy plant equipment in a regional area, with a clear path to specialist crane expertise.

The role offers an excellent pay package (£41-45k DOE), overtime opportunities, a company van and ongoing technical training as you develop your skills with a trusted, growing employer.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Plant, Heavy Vehicles or equivalent.
• Experience servicing and maintaining heavy plant machinery.
• Good knowledge of hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic systems.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service and repair mobile tower cranes and mobile cranes.
• Diagnose electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults.
• Carry out modifications and respond to breakdowns across your region.

Location: Bedford

Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm + Overtime

Salary: £41-45k (DOE) + overtime

We're expanding looking for Field Service Crane Engineers to join our team in Bedford. Whether you already have crane experience or come from a heavy plant background, we'll invest in your development and help you build specialist expertise in the crane industry.

You’ll work on the maintenance, servicing and repair of mobile tower cranes, mobile cranes and associated plant, diagnosing electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults, carrying out modifications and responding to breakdowns across your region.

What you’ll need:

• NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Plant, Heavy Vehicles or equivalent
• Experience servicing and maintaining heavy plant machinery
• Good knowledge of hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic systems
• Full UK driving licence
