Job summary

ADT is recruiting Customer Solutions Technicians to perform routine inspections and repairs on CCTV, video doorbell and intruder alarm systems, delivering high levels of customer service. We provide full paid training, a company van, uniform and tools, with a competitive incentive scheme.

This field-based role requires a full UK driving licence and the ability to work at height. You will liaise with the service bureau and record detailed work on a mobile device, ensuring standards are met and

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence required.
• Ability to carry and climb ladders and work at height.
• Practical skills with hand and power tools.
• Ability to work safely and responsibly to avoid injuries and damage.
• Reliable, trustworthy, self-motivated; able to work alone or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Check correct functionality of systems (CCTV, doorbells and intruder alarms).
• Replace batteries in detectors and test panel/back-up batteries.
• Check activation of warning sounders and standby operation.
• Ensure detection devices operate correctly.
• Check activation of signalling to Alarm Receiving Centre.
• Clean CCTV/WiFi cameras and liaise with service bureau per procedures.
• Accurately record works on the Mobile Data Device per instructions.
