Job summary

ADT in Manchester is hiring a Customer Solutions Technician to perform routine inspections and breakdown repairs on CCTV, video doorbell, and intruder alarm systems. You will work in the field, manage workloads to meet daily targets, and receive full paid training, a company van, uniform and tools along with a basic salary and incentive scheme.

Essential: driving licence, ability to work at height, use of hand/power tools, safety-focused and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence required.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at height.
• Practical skills with hand and power tools.
• Work safely to avoid injuries and dispose of materials properly.
• Reliable, trustworthy and able to work solo or in a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Familiar with using smartphones, tablets and PCs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine inspections and breakdown repairs to CCTV, video doorbell and intruder alarm systems.
• Meet daily targets and customer expectations with high service levels.
• Accurately complete details of works on mobile devices per instructions.
• Replace batteries, test panels and ensure proper operation of systems.
• Work with the service bureau in line with company procedures.
