We’re looking for a Field Sales Trainer to join us in training, coaching, and developing our field sales team. Your expertise will drive success across a defined region, empowering sales professionals to reach their full potential!

What you will be doing

  1. Lead & Inspire: Training and coaching our field sales team both in the field and in classroom settings.
  2. Tailored Training: Onboarding new colleagues with personalized training tailored to different roles, from sales executives to managers.
  3. Strategic Development: Collaborating with leadership to design and implement training that drives KPIs.
  4. Real-Time Coaching: Delivering frontline training to ensure your team excels in real-world sales scenarios.
  5. Structured Feedback: Providing consistent feedback to improve team performance.
  6. Autonomy & Impact: Managing your workload independently, focusing on activities that drive results.
  7. Full-Fibre Expertise: Coaching the team to sell cutting-edge full fibre broadband and related products in the field.
  8. Data-Driven Results: Working with the Head of Sales to identify key areas for training improvements.

About you

  1. Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales coaching and 1 year of hands-on sales experience.
  2. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, coaching, and performance management.
  3. Drive: Self-motivated with a passion for achieving targets.
  4. Sales Savvy: Ability to close sales through door-to-door interactions, setting the standard for best practices.
  5. Requirements: Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle meeting safety standards.
