Senior Sales Trainer - Sales Training Manager - Senior Telesales Coach

Do you have a passion for teaching B2B sales? Are you a positive influencer and performance improver? We’re looking for someone who can design and deliver sales floor training and development in a high-volume, high-performance, telephone-based B2B sales environment.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000, plus superb bonus structure

This is a senior coaching role for an experienced sales trainer. You will be key to developing a team of business development managers and sales executives to perform at their very best and promote the growth of this dynamic SaaS business.

The Person

• Experience of coaching and training in a B2B sales environment (large team sales floor / call centre)
• Ability to help design and deliver a training plan that will help salespeople perform at their best
• Motivated, dynamic communicator, visible in a fast-paced role
• Ability to develop training materials, content, and resources to help sales teams achieve success

The Role

• Provide initial and ongoing training and development across the sales floor to influence results positively.
• Develop materials, content, and resources for the sales department to address training needs of individuals and the wider team.
