• Minimum B2B sales experience in laboratory/life sciences sectors.
• Proven ability to develop new business and grow accounts.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills.
• Willing to travel across the UK.

Mansioni

• Develop new business and grow existing customer relationships across the UK, working with laboratories, research organisations and other life science customers.
• Speak with technical and commercial stakeholders, combining a consultative approach with a drive to win new business.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across laboratory and life science accounts.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, including Laboratory Managers, Procurement teams and other key decision-makers.
• Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations and presentations.
• Manage and develop existing accounts while identifying opportunities for further growth.
• Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Keep customer and sales activity up to date within the CRM.
• Work closely with internal technical and commercial teams to deliver the best solutions for customers.
• Travel to customer sites across the UK, with a focus on building face-to-face relationships.
