Job summary

taylorollinson Ltd is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist for the Northern UK region, field-based with regular travel. You will own the territory, build customer partnerships, and convert opportunities into lasting commercial relationships across Pharma/biopharma, Chemical, F&B and Oil & Gas sectors.

You will translate technical needs into persuasive proposals, manage the pipeline in CRM, and collaborate with service and engineering teams to win complex opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum two years’ experience selling technical products to industrial customers.
• Fluent English with full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver a territory plan to convert market potential into sustainable revenue.
• Open new accounts and expand relationships through prospecting and customer visits.
• Engage with customer processes by coordinating with engineering, production, quality and procurement teams.
