Luton Bennett is recruiting for a Sales Manager on behalf of a client. This remote-friendly role requires leading a commercial function, expanding the life sciences client base, and driving new business while managing a growing team.

You will oversee go-to-market plans, tender processes, and pricing strategy, with regular travel to the Cheshire office. A senior sales background in regulated environments is essential.

• Experience in a senior sales or commercial leadership role.
• Experience in a technical or regulated sector.
• Demonstrable experience growing new business.
• Experience with formal proposals and tender processes.

Mansioni

• Broaden the company’s customer base, focusing on life science companies in the private sector.
• Hands-on delivery of sales targets for new customers and new business with existing customers; lead from the front to prospect and close deals.
• Oversee and build the commercial team.
• Identify and contract international distributors and resellers.
• Own go-to-market plans for new products and define product positioning.
• Develop marketing plans aligned with commercial goals and manage the marketing partner.
• Final review and oversight of tenders and proposals, including public-sector frameworks.
• Remote working with monthly travel to the Cheshire office.
