Job summary

Modern Milkman in the West Midlands is hiring a Field Sales Representative. You’ll go door to door, spark conversations, and recruit customers who love farm-fresh products. The role offers a £26,500 base with uncapped commission and strong earning potential as you hit targets.

Based in Burntwood or nearby, you’ll travel across the region, enjoy holidays, pension benefits, and generous perks while helping us transform how Britain shops for groceries.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; training and support provided.
• Ability to build genuine conversations with customers at the doorstep.
• Willingness to travel and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Foster conversations with customers at the doorstep for Modern Milkman.
• Build relationships and win new customers who value sustainable, farm-fresh produce.
• Contribute to growth targets and own your KPI-driven earnings.
• Travel across Burntwood/West Midlands commuting area as part of the role.

What you'll do…

This is a door-to-door sales role where you'll:

• Foster genuine conversations with customers about The Modern Milkman at the doorstep
• Build meaningful relationships and win new customers who love sustainable, farm-fresh produce (as much as we do!)
• Supporting our mission and helping to reach key growth goals
• Take ownership of your KPI’s and targets to grow your earnings

What we're looking for…

• Based in Burntwood or within commutable distance (travel is part of the role) ideally with a UK valid driving licence, but don't let that stop you applying
• Excellent communication skills with a warm, engaging manner
• Self-motivated to reach and exceed targets
• Resilient and able to handle rejection
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Happy to be out and about and on foot every day, in all weather!
• No sales experience necessary (although beneficial) - we'll train and support you (we’re excited to help you achieve!)
• Experienced in customer facing roles, hospitality, retail
