Job summary

Modern Milkman is hiring a Field Sales Rep in the UK. This door-to-door role reports to the sales team and offers a base salary of £26,500 with uncapped commission, rewarding top performers with up to £45k per year.

You’ll build trust with customers, travel within your area, and help grow our community of customers who value sustainable, farm-fresh produce. Training is provided, and earnings grow with effort as you hit targets.

What you'll do…

This is a door-to-door sales role where you'll:

• Foster genuine conversations with customers about The Modern Milkman at the doorstep
• Build meaningful relationships and win new customers who love sustainable, farm-fresh produce (as much as we do!)
• Supporting our mission and helping to reach key growth goals
• Take ownership of your KPI’s and targets to grow your earnings

What we're looking for…

• Based in Burntwood or within commutable distance (travel is part of the role) ideally with a UK valid driving licence, but don't let that stop you applying
• Excellent communication skills with a warm, engaging manner
• Self-motivated to reach and exceed targets
• Resilient and able to handle rejection
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Happy to be out and about and on foot every day, in all weather!
• No sales experience necessary (although beneficial) - we'll train and support you (we’re excited to help you achieve!)
• Experienced in customer facing roles, hospitality, retail
