Job summary

Modern Milkman is looking for passionate people in Swindon to join the door-to-door sales team. You will engage customers at their doorstep, explain our farm-fresh delivery philosophy, and build lasting relationships with new customers who share our sustainable mission.

Base salary £26,500 with uncapped commission, with top performers earning up to £45k per year. No sales experience needed; full training and support provided.

• Door-to-door sales experience is not required; training and support are provided.

• Self-motivated to reach and exceed targets.
• Resilient and able to handle rejection.

What you'll do…

This is a door-to-door sales role where you'll:

• Foster genuine conversations with customers about The Modern Milkman at the doorstep
• Build meaningful relationships and win new customers who love sustainable, farm-fresh produce (as much as we do!)
• Supporting our mission and helping to reach key growth goals
• Take ownership of your KPI’s and targets to grow your earnings
  

What we're looking for…

• Based in Swindon or within commutable distance (travel is part of the role) ideally with a UK valid driving licence, but don't let that stop you applying
• Excellent communication skills with a warm, engaging manner
• Self-motivated to reach and exceed targets
• Resilient and able to handle rejection
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Happy to be out and about and on foot every day, in all weather!
• No sales experience necessary (although beneficial) - we'll train and support you (we’re excited to help you achieve!)
• Experienced in customer facing roles, hospitality, retail
