Job summary

The Modern Milkman is hiring in Swindon for a door-to-door sales role. You’ll engage customers at the doorstep, build lasting relationships and drive growth for our sustainable produce delivery service. No prior sales experience is required as training and support are provided.

Base salary is £26,500 with uncapped commission; top performers can earn up to £45k per year. The role includes weekdays only, generous holidays, pension, and wellbeing budgets. Travel across areas is part of the job.

What you'll do…

This is a door-to-door sales role where you'll:

• Foster genuine conversations with customers about The Modern Milkman at the doorstep
• Build meaningful relationships and win new customers who love sustainable, farm-fresh produce (as much as we do!)
• Supporting our mission and helping to reach key growth goals
• Take ownership of your KPI’s and targets to grow your earnings

What we're looking for…

• Based in Swindon or within commutable distance (travel is part of the role) ideally with a UK valid driving licence, but don't let that stop you applying
• Excellent communication skills with a warm, engaging manner
• Self-motivated to reach and exceed targets
• Resilient and able to handle rejection
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Happy to be out and about and on foot every day, in all weather!
• No sales experience necessary (although beneficial) - we'll train and support you (we’re excited to help you achieve!)
• Experienced in customer facing roles, hospitality, retail
