Job summary

Modern Milkman is hiring a Field Sales Rep in the North East of England to drive doorstep conversations and grow our customer base. You’ll present sustainable, farm-fresh produce and build lasting relationships with customers at their doorsteps.

No prior sales experience is required as we’ll train and support you. Expect uncapped commission with a base of £26,500 and top performers reaching up to £45k per year, plus a strong benefits package and travel opportunities.

Qualifications

• No sales experience required; we’ll train and support you.
• Based in North East or within commutable distance; travel is part of the role.
• UK driving licence preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills with a warm, engaging manner.
• Self-motivated to reach and exceed targets.
• Resilient and able to handle rejection.
• Comfortable working independently and being out in all weather.

Responsibilities

What you'll do…

This is a door-to-door sales role where you'll:

• Foster genuine conversations with customers about The Modern Milkman at the doorstep
• Build meaningful relationships and win new customers who love sustainable, farm-fresh produce (as much as we do!)
• Supporting our mission and helping to reach key growth goalsTake ownership of your KPI’s and targets to grow your earnings

What we're looking for…

• Based in North East or within commutable distance (travel is part of the role) ideally with a UK valid driving licence, but don't let that stop you applying
• Excellent communication skills with a warm, engaging manner
• Self-motivated to reach and exceed targets
• Resilient and able to handle rejection
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Happy to be out and about and on foot every day, in all weather!
• No sales experience necessary (although beneficial) - we'll train and support you (we’re excited to help you achieve!)
• Experienced in customer facing roles, hospitality, retail
