The Modern Milkman is hiring a Field Sales Rep to drive doorstep conversations, convert customers, and grow a sustainable customer base across the region.

You’ll work in a field role with earning potential through uncapped commission, aiming to hit ambitious growth targets while representing a mission-driven, ethically sourced service.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

What you'll do…

This is a door-to-door sales role where you'll:

• Foster genuine conversations with customers about The Modern Milkman at the doorstep
• Build meaningful relationships and win new customers who love sustainable, farm-fresh produce (as much as we do!)
• Supporting our mission and helping to reach key growth goals
• Take ownership of your KPI’s and targets to grow your earnings

What we're looking for…

• Based in North East or within commutable distance (travel is part of the role) ideally with a UK valid driving licence, but don't let that stop you applying
• Excellent communication skills with a warm, engaging manner
• Self-motivated to reach and exceed targets
• Resilient and able to handle rejection
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Happy to be out and about and on foot every day, in all weather!
• No sales experience necessary (although beneficial) - we'll train and support you (we’re excited to help you achieve!)
• Experienced in customer facing roles, hospitality, retail
