Job Description:

Purpose of the role:

Join a world-class, multi-award-winning field marketing agency, currently holding the title of Agency of the Year. Represent major brands such as Ben & Jerry's, Walls, and Magnum, part of Unilever's ice cream portfolio.

As a full-time, permanent team member, you'll work with colleagues to enhance brand performance, awareness, and availability across UK grocery retailers. Your responsibilities include retail store visits within a defined territory, driving distribution, sales, and brand engagement using data tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Visit grocery and convenience stores to build relationships with decision makers and add value to stores.
  • Use data tools to identify insights and implement targeted interventions to improve product distribution and availability.
  • Negotiate with store decision makers to ensure maximum product availability and sales, maintaining agreed plans.
  • Identify problems, opportunities, and gather retailer and competitor intelligence in-store.
  • Follow Dee Set's proven processes to make a positive difference for clients.
  • Conduct professional and efficient store visits.
  • Accurately record information using a tablet and bespoke software system.

Ideal candidate:

  • Experience in sales, preferably in independents, wholesale, and convenience sectors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
  • Passionate about building brand awareness and motivated by results.
  • Capable of delivering high-quality store execution.
  • Data-driven with analytical skills to drive results.
  • Hold a full, current UK manual driving license.
