Field Sales Solutions is seeking a Field Sales Representative to cover Ferrero Grocery accounts in and around Andover. You will build strong relationships with major Grocery customers, driving visibility and availability for Ferrero’s brands in-store while using sales data to influence listings, orders, and promotions.

The role requires self-motivation, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage time effectively. A UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK are essential for success.

Territory:RG21,RG22,RG24,RG26 SO22,SO23 SP4,SP9,SP10

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with major Grocery customers such such as Tesco, Sainsburys, Asda & Morrisons.
• Drive visibility and availability for Ferrero’s brand portfolio within stores.
• Use sales data to engage key decision-makers and influence listings, orders, and promotions.
• Identify new opportunities to grow brand presence and increase sales in the stores you visit.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary of £27,000per annum + up to 11.5% performance-based bonus. (OTE £35,000)

• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours.

Requirements:

• Full UK manual driving license and eligibility to work in the UK.
