Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd currently seeks a Field Sales Representative (Construction) to cover the Reading region on a field-based basis. The role focuses on managing existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, visiting construction sites, and providing technical sales support to customers.

An ambitious candidate will develop relationships and progress within a growing division of a global group.

Qualifications

• Experience within construction, plant, tool hire or a related industry.

• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Do you have sales experience within the Construction industry with knowledge of construction equipment, plant, tool hire or groundworks looking for a field-based role with excellent training and progression?

In this role, you will manage existing accounts, identify new opportunities and visit construction sites across your territory. You will combine technical knowledge with business development and relationship management to support continued regional growth.

With that, the ideal candidate will have experience within construction, plant, tool hire or a similar environment, alongside strong communication skills and the ambition to develop within a sales career.
