Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Field Sales Representative in Reading. This field-based role offers £35,000–£45,000 per year, plus a company car, fuel card, bonus and progression opportunities.

You will manage existing accounts and generate new business across the region, visiting construction sites and supporting customers with technical product knowledge. You will develop relationships with clients in the construction equipment and tool hire sector, identifying opportunities

Do you have sales experience within the Construction industry with knowledge of construction equipment, plant, tool hire or groundworks looking for a field-based role with excellent training and progression?

In this role, you will manage existing accounts, identify new opportunities and visit construction sites across your territory. You will combine technical knowledge with business development and relationship management to support continued regional growth.

With that, the ideal candidate will have experience within construction, plant, tool hire or a similar environment, alongside strong communication skills and the ambition to develop within a sales career.
