Brightwork Limited is recruiting a Field Sales Representative to cover your local area, meeting customers face-to-face through residential and event-based campaigns. You will identify needs, promote products and services, manage your sales pipeline, and aim to hit weekly targets.

This self-employed role offers a base retainer of £29,120 with uncapped commission and an OTE of £45,000–£50,000+. You will receive paid training, a 12-week development plan, and clear career progression into leadership

The Role

Join a growing sales and marketing business as a Field Sales Representative. You'll work within your local area, meeting customers face-to-face through residential and event-based sales campaigns. Your role will involve identifying customer needs, promoting products and services, managing your sales pipeline, and achieving weekly targets.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
