Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is recruiting Field Sales Representative for Leeds to drive new business and strengthen relationships across the patch. You will visit pubs, cafés, delis, restaurants, hotels, and other venues, set up trials, and convert them into regular orders.

The role is high-activity with around 60 new business visits daily and a target of 12 trials; a company van, laptop and mobile are provided to support field work. First-year earnings include £39,000 base salary plus £15,000 OTE.

Qualifications

• Experience in van/field sales, ideally to hospitality or retail.
• Demonstrated resilience and drive.
• Full UK driving licence with up to 3 points.

Responsibilities

• Visit pubs, cafés, delis, restaurants, hotels, butchers, schools and care homes to generate new business.
• Set up trials and convert them into regular orders.
• Log activity and outcomes in the mobile app; achieve targets (60 visits/day, 12 trials).

A long-established, family-run UK business is seeking a Sales Executive to cover the Leeds area, to build relationships across the patch and drive new business.

The offer is easy to sell: customers get freshly sharpened knives while theirs are taken away to be sharpened, with a free trial before any commitment. You'll visit pubs, cafés, delis, restaurants, hotels, butchers, schools and care homes, setting up trials and turning them into regular orders.

It's a high-activity role: around 60 new business visits a day, with a target of 12 trials, all logged on a mobile app.

What you'll need:

• Van sales, door-to-door, cold calling, B2C or junior field sales experience (hospitality backgrounds considered)
• Resilience, personality and drive
• Full UK driving licence, max 3 points
• Willingness to complete a DBS check
• Living in or near Leeds, Yorkshire
