CPL Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for Field Sales Representatives on a permanent full-time basis across Northern Ireland. Salary will be £26,475 along with uncapped commission opportunities.

You’ll be expected to work until 8pm nights and approx. 1 Saturday a month on a rota basis, going door-to-door.

The role:

With a full copy of the Job Spec available on request, the Field Sales Representative will:

• Go “door-to-door” meeting residents promoting and selling our client’s hyper speed fibre services across NI.
• Meet sales targets and KPI’s.
• Deliver excellent customer service, build rapport and answer any queries with your full knowledge of the product you’re selling.

The person:

• Have a solid background in sales or customer service.
• Comfortable working to 8pm, going door-to-door.
• An ability to handle objections and close sales.
• Ambitious, driven and eager to maximise your earning potential.
• Able to communicate effectively with influencing skills.
• Clean driving licence.
