Job summary

Virgin Media O2 is seeking a Field Sales Advisor to represent the brand in local communities, selling broadband, mobile and TV packages through face-to-face conversations within the Slough catchment. This is a full‑time role with a 37.5-hour week and a base salary of £26,228 plus uncapped commission, with top earners reportedly reaching £50k–£70k.

You will work door-to-door, build rapport with customers, explain pricing and close deals while managing your workload and targets.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable speaking with customers face to face.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and explain pricing clearly.
• Proactive, self-driven and able to manage own workload.
• Willingness to work afternoon/evening shifts.
• Experience in field sales or door-to-door is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work independently in your allocated patch, speaking with customers door to door
• Build rapport quickly and confidently with a wide range of people
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right broadband, mobile and TV entertainment packages
• Clearly explain pricing, deals and benefits
• Manage your own workload from first conversation through to close
• Take ownership of your results, targets and earning potential
