Virgin Media O2 is hiring a Field Sales Advisor in Bracknell to represent our broadband, mobile and TV services face to face. This full‑time, field‑based role requires building rapport with customers, explaining pricing and benefits, and closing sales in your patch.

You will work 37.5 hours weekly, typically 12 pm–8 pm, with an induction and ongoing coaching. A full UK driving licence is a must, and earnings include uncapped commission with top earners reaching £50k–£70k.

Qualifications

• Must have a full UK driving licence.
• Comfortable starting conversations with customers face to face.
• Motivated to earn and work toward targets.
• Live within the designated catchment area and be flexible with shifts.
• Confidence to explain pricing and benefits clearly.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers door to door in your patch.
• Build rapport and identify needs for broadband, mobile and TV packages.
• Explain pricing and deals, and close the sale.
• Manage workload from first contact to close and track results.
