Job summary

Virgin Media O₂ is seeking a Field Sales Advisor to represent the brand in local communities, promoting broadband, mobile and TV services through face-to-face visits. This full-time role rewards resilience, confidence and motivation with a starting salary of £26,228 plus uncapped commission, with top earners between £50k and £70k.

The position requires a UK driving licence and a self-driven, target-focused approach.

Qualifications

Full UK driving licence is required.
Confidence starting conversations and working face to face with customers.

Responsibilities

Work independently in your allocated patch, speaking with customers door to door.
Build rapport quickly and confidently with a wide range of people.
Understand customer needs and recommend the right broadband, mobile and TV entertainment packages.
Clearly explain pricing, deals and benefits.
Manage your own workload from first conversation through to close.
Take ownership of your results, targets and earning potential.
