Job summary

Virgin Media O₂ is seeking a Field Sales Advisor to represent our services in local communities, engaging customers door to door. This is a face-to-face, target-driven role with a starting salary of £26,228 plus uncapped commission, and top earners reaching £50k–£70k.

Role involves working in your allotted patch, building rapport, recommending packages, and managing from initial contact to close. Full-time hours are typical, with shift patterns discussed during recruitment.

Qualifications

• Must have a full UK driving licence.
• Comfortable speaking to customers face to face.
• Demonstrates resilience and motivation with targets.
• Flexible to work afternoon and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Work independently in your patch, speaking with customers door to door.
• Build rapport quickly with a wide range of people.
• Understand customer needs and recommend broadband, mobile and TV packages.
• Clearly explain pricing, deals and benefits.
• Manage workload from first conversation through to close.
• Take ownership of results, targets and earning potential.
