Job summary

Virgin Media O₂ is seeking a Field Sales Advisor in Bristol to represent our broadband, mobile and TV services in local communities. This face-to-face, target-driven role rewards resilience, confidence and motivation, with a starting salary of £26,228 plus uncapped commissions.

You’ll work door to door in your patch, build rapport with a wide range of people, explain pricing and packages, and manage from first conversation to close. Top performers earn £50k–£70k

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence is required.
• Confidence starting conversations and speaking face to face with customers.
• Resilience, motivation and comfort working towards targets.
• Flexibility to work afternoon and evening shifts.
• Positive, self-driven approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Work independently in your allocated patch, speaking with customers door to door.
• Build rapport quickly and confidently with a wide range of people.
• Understand customer needs and recommend broadband, mobile and TV packages.
• Clearly explain pricing, deals and benefits.
• Manage workload from first conversation through to close.
• Take ownership of results, targets and earning potential.
