Virgin Media O2 is seeking a Field Sales Advisor in Bath for a full-time, field-based role. You’ll represent the brand in local communities, speaking to customers door to door and guiding them to the right broadband, mobile and TV packages.

The role is 37.5 hours per week, typically 12pm–8pm, with a starting salary of £26,228 plus uncapped commission. Top earners can reach £50k–£70k, reflecting strong earning potential and progression.

Qualifications

• Must have a full UK driving licence.
• Ability to start conversations and engage customers face to face.

Responsibilities

• Door-to-door engagement in your allocated patch and build rapport with customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend broadband, mobile and TV packages.
• Explain pricing, deals and benefits clearly to customers.
• Manage workload from initial contact through to close and own your results.
