Job summary

Tructyre is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive new business and manage key customer relationships around the Midlands region. The role is field-based, with regular travel and the option to work from home combined with on-site client visits.

You will report to the National Sales Manager and contribute to a high-performing commercial team focused on revenue growth and customer value. The ideal candidate will have proven B2B sales success, a strong value-based selling mindset, and knowledge of

Qualifications

• Previous B2B sales experience and a proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Must have experience in value-based selling.
• Technical and sales knowledge or tyre industry background preferred.
• Previous service sales background would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities within the area and prioritise securing the business which gives the greatest return for the business for the time available to invest.
• Explain the service business model to customers to ensure understanding and adoption.
• Ensure fleet checks are completed to aid the sales process and value proposition creation.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets and KPIs.
• Issue quotations in accordance with authorised pricing levels.
• Use CRM systems or similar sales tools effectively.
• Provide insight and feedback to the Regional Sales Manager regarding customers, market and competitors.
• Collaborate with wholesale and drop-off parts of the business.
• Monitor and manage debt and ageing within terms of sale.
• Work with regional operations to maximise customer contact and experience.
