Job summary

The AA is seeking a Tyre Network Manager to lead a national tyre network, building capacity and ensuring availability across the Midlands and beyond. You will collaborate with supplier partners, embedding them into our tyre booking and fulfilment platform and driving scalable pilots.

You will combine commercial judgement with hands-on delivery, using data to optimise network performance, while balancing customer outcomes, service consistency and commercial return as the tyre proposition grows.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in network management and supplier partnerships.
• Strong understanding of network availability and service levels.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the national tyre network strategy and coverage.
• Identify, onboard and manage suppliers to meet service and commercial criteria.
• Own network performance governance and continuous improvement.
• Negotiate terms and support pricing, margins and rebates with stakeholders.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions.
• Establish accreditation and compliance processes for the network.
• Collaborate across Digital, Operations and technology to embed suppliers.
