Job summary

PIE Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Manager for the West Midlands territory. This field-based role offers £35,000-£40,000 basic salary with a minimum OTE of £50,000 plus a company car.

You will own relationships across the territory, growing sales of exclusive tyre brands with support from an experienced telesales team. You'll manage customer relationships across independent tyre retailers, car dealerships and other trade accounts, while working with telesales to resolve issues and

• A proven record of developing commercial customer relationships and delivering against sales targets.
• Strong field sales habits and the confidence to present products and proposals credibly.
• A practical, customer-focused approach with the discipline to manage your territory independently.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop customer relationships across the West Midlands, covering independent tyre retailers, car dealerships and other trade accounts.
• Grow sales of the business’s house and exclusive brands while strengthening and expanding the dealer network.
• Work closely with telesales to resolve customer issues, identify opportunities and keep promotions and reward programmes moving.
• Use the CRM properly, maintain clear call reporting and represent the business at customer and company events when required.
