Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years B2B field sales experience.
• Most recent roles must be primarily new business.
• Experience selling into SMB customers (territory-based selling).
• Experience in merchant services/payments and/or POS preferred.
• Other relevant field sales in technical or hospitality-adjacent sectors considered.
• Self-starter attitude.
• Full UK driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Generate new business through proactive field prospecting and local networking.
• Sell payments and POS solutions to SMB merchants, focusing on hospitality.
• Target established businesses (typically £25k+ monthly TPV).
• Run structured discovery to understand customer operations and opportunities.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations across POS and payments.
• Lead pricing discussions with a consultative, value-led approach.
• Manage pipeline, forecasting, and activity per SumUp standards.
• Build referrals from merchant base and local networks.
