Job summary

Viva Wallet is seeking a proactive SMB Sales Executive to drive new business across the UK in a field-based role. You will visit customers in person, Monday to Friday, to understand their payments needs, present Viva’s card terminals and merchant services, and close deals in a competitive market.

You will self-generate opportunities, qualify leads, build relationships, obtain referrals, and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas in B2B contexts.
• Strong IT understanding, especially web-based apps.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems is required.
• Self-driven, resilient, and target-oriented.
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle for business use.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Arrange meetings with prospective clients and convert leads to appointments.
• Visit prospects in person to assess needs and demonstrate Viva offerings.
• Maximize reach by obtaining referrals from existing clients.
• Develop new opportunities through networking and field canvassing.
• Present Viva products/services effectively and close sales.
• Enter and update customer data in the CRM system.
• Attend training and work collaboratively with the team.
