Job summary

Viva Wallet is seeking a SMB Sales Executive to drive field sales for payment terminals and merchant acquiring services across a defined region. You will meet with prospects, assess their needs, present Viva Wallet solutions, close deals, and maintain CRM data with regular training.

Role requires visiting customers Monday to Friday, with a focus on delivering first-class, face-to-face service and building trusted partnerships with new clients in the Viva Wallet ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to SME retail/hospitality sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline and customers.
• Valid driving license and ability to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Arrange meetings with prospective clients through self-generation and provided leads.
• Assess client needs in person and demonstrate Viva Wallet offerings.
• Build rapport and develop long-term relationships to maximize referrals.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities through networking and canvassing.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and close sales.
• Enter and maintain customer data in the CRM.
• Complete training and stay up-to-date with products and processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets.
