Job summary

Viva Wallet in the United Kingdom is seeking an SMB Sales Executive to drive field sales across Newcastle region, visiting customers Monday to Friday. You will generate opportunities, qualify needs, and close deals for payment terminals and merchant services.

As a frontline representative of Viva Wallet, you will build trusted relationships with SME retailers and hospitality clients, delivering tailored payment solutions and ensuring high-quality service in a dynamic fintech environment.

Qualifications

B2B sales experience selling to SME retail and hospitality at mid–senior level.
Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
Strong IT knowledge with web-based applications.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Experience using CRM systems.
Proven closing ability and strong sales skills.
Strong organizational and diary management skills.
Resilient, persistent, able to handle objections.
Self-motivated with drive to hit targets.
Full, valid driving license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

Arrange business meetings with prospective clients, through self generated activities and sales leads provided to you.
Visit prospects in person to validate needs and present Viva Wallet offerings.
Maximise reach by obtaining referrals from existing clients.
Identify new opportunities through networking and canvassing.
Present Viva Wallet products with understanding of market needs.
Close by selling Viva Wallet products/services.
Update customer data in the CRM system.
Undertake training and refresh training as relevant.
Promote teamwork and learn from colleagues.
