Job summary

Hayley Group, through Hayley Dexis, is seeking an External Sales Executive for the Sheffield branch. This full-time role focuses on external sales, with travel across South Yorkshire and Northeast Derbyshire. You’ll build relationships with existing customers and actively pursue new opportunities.

We work across engineering, manufacturing, and related sectors. The successful candidate will be driven, confident in cold calling, and thrive on autonomy and delivering sales results.

Qualifications

• Prior external sales experience.
• Confident communicator – not afraid to cold call cross industry.
• Thrive in a role with a high level of autonomy and delivering results.
• Good knowledge of the MRO space or related product areas.

Responsibilities

• Act as full-time External Sales Executive focusing on external sales across South Yorkshire and NE Derbyshire.
• Develop and manage relationships with existing customers while pursuing new opportunities and customers.
• Promote Hayley Group's product range to engineering and manufacturing sectors with a proactive, customer-centered approach.
