Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Executive to join our growing team. Reporting to the Head of Sales (Europe), you will focus on acquiring new business, working autonomously in a fast-paced environment. The role is based in our London office, located at The Bower, The Tower, 207 Old St, London, EC1V 9NR, and involves face-to-face interactions.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Achieving sales KPIs consistently
  • Outreach to decision-makers via calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings
  • Presenting and selling products/services through demos
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Conducting needs analysis to align solutions with partner objectives
  • Collaborating with other departments for a seamless partner experience
  • Providing industry trend feedback
  • Following up on inbound leads and documenting outcomes in CRM
  • Serving as the main contact for partners on commercial activities
What We Are Looking For
  • At least 1 year of successful B2B sales experience
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is preferred
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Curiosity and eagerness to grow professionally

  • Fluency in English and another language
  • Experience in the beauty & wellness industry

Interview Process

  • Interview with Head of Sales (Europe) (45 mins)
  • Final interview with Chief Commercial Officer and Head of Sales (Europe) (75 mins)
