McQueen’s Dairies is seeking a Field Sales Executive for Kirkcaldy to drive new business and service existing customers. The role is permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 12:00pm – 19:30pm, with a starting pay of £27,976 per annum and weekly commission.

You will act as a brand ambassador, build rapport with customers, and achieve sales targets. Benefits include weekly pay, a commission scheme, pension, uniform, full training, and transport from the depot if you don’t drive.

Qualifications

• Highly self-motivated and proactive in field settings.
• Confidently engage with the public and new audiences.
• Previous experience in customer services or a sales environment is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Brand Ambassador for McQueen’s Dairies, sharing our company story with new audiences and maintain a professional public presence.
• Build rapport with customers and adapt approach to the individual.
• Strong knowledge of products and delivery service.
• Objection handling: recognise objections and steer conversation towards closure.
• Meet and exceed sales targets for new and retained customers.
